About H&P

Safety processes and field support

• Verify and audit adherence to core HSE processes, including C.O.A.C.H, Lifebelts, written safe work procedures, and POMS.
• Support non-routine work and major repairs with pre-job planning and safety meetings.
• Facilitate onboarding, pre-tour, pre-job, and weekly safety meetings; observe hazardous operations and promote Actively C.A.R.E. programs.
• Facilitate use of Compass Cards, eJSAs, Flex Checks, and Video JSAs, and participate in e-JSA change requests.
• Participate in C.O.A.C.H. conversations using the CAR and CAR/AR models.

Injury response and investigations

• Support injury case management and liaise with occupational and emergency medical services for employee injuries or illnesses.
• Escort employees for initial examinations and follow-up treatments as needed.
• Maintain occupational and emergency medical services documents in accordance with company policy and Saudi legislation.
• Investigate accidents and injuries, report to the Operations Manager, assist lead investigators with SIF investigations, and participate in TapRooT investigations.

Training and workforce support

• Mentor and coach employees, providing additional support to new-to-position and short-service employees.
• Manage third-party training required by Aramco and keep the training matrix current.
• Track and encourage completion of assigned Workday training.
• Work with Rig Managers to assign mentors to short-service employees.

Audits, reporting, and contractor oversight

• Complete HSE reporting for inspections, audits, negative events, good catches, and rewards and recognition.
• Liaise with Aramco Compliance, Aramco HSE, and Aramco occupational health during audits and inspections.
• Conduct audits of rig moves and LOTO.
• Manage third-party subcontractors related to H2S equipment, rig movers, catering, and other services.
• Manage third-party equipment inspections and emissions testing.
• Facilitate weekly RSMTs at Main Camp and submit monthly reports.
