About This Role
Source and secure property listings within the secondary (resale & leasing) market
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants
Conduct accurate property valuations using market data and industry tools
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies for listings
Manage end-to-end sales and leasing transactions
Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Stay up to date with Dubai market trends, pricing, and regulations
