We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Consultant** to join our growing real estate team.
The ideal candidate should have at least **one year of experience in real estate sales** and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
This role requires a proactive individual who can build strong client relationships and successfully close property deals.

Responsibilities
- Follow up with company-provided leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process
- Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends and competitive listings
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients and potential buyers
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
- Prepare necessary documents, contracts, and transaction reports
- Attend property viewings and client meetings
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements
- Minimum **1 year of experience in real estate sales**
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Good knowledge of the UAE real estate market
- Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office and CRM systems**
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment
