Property Consultant – Secondary Market | Dubai (Experienced Hire)

Metropolitan Premium Properties is looking for one thing : an experienced secondary market agent who knows their worth and is ready to operate at a higher level.
This is not an entry-level role. It is a platform for agents who have already proven themselves in the Dubai market and want the infrastructure to scale further.
As a Universal Agent at Metropolitan, you are not restricted to one segment. You have full access to secondary, off-plan, and rental markets, giving you maximum flexibility to serve your clients and grow your GCI.
We have built one of the most comprehensive agent support systems in the UAE. When you join, you are not handed a desk. You are given a full ecosystem built around your success:
- Personal team leader who structures a bespoke sales strategy for you, by segment, by area, and by client profile
- Segment-specific databases and a dedicated analytics team to help you target the right buyers and sellers

- Developer briefings brought directly to your team
- In-house marketing team of 30+ professionals promoting your listings and your brand
- Full back-office support: listing admins, TruCheck agents, telesales, in-house photographers
- Featured listings on Property Finder and Bayut, including luxury inventory- Dubai, Abu Dhabi, RAK offices
- Crypto transactions accepted with complete in-house legal support
- Company services: legal, tax advisory, company formation, conveyancing and escrow
- Structured training programme from day one with ongoing coaching and performance reviews
