Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the **Secondary Market team (Leasing & Resale)**
• Recruit, train, and develop Property Consultants
• Set and monitor **sales and leasing targets (KPIs)**
• Drive **property listing acquisition** from landlords and property owners
• Ensure high-quality listings on **Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle**
• Support team in **viewings, negotiations, and deal closures**
• Handle **high-value clients and strategic transactions**
• Develop and execute **lead generation strategies**
• Maintain accurate **CRM tracking, reporting, and pipeline management**
• Monitor market trends and guide pricing strategies
• Ensure compliance with **RERA regulations and company policies**

Requirements

• Minimum **4–6 years of experience** in Dubai Secondary Market (Leasing & Resale)
• Proven experience in a **Team Leader / Supervisor role**
• Strong network of **property owners and investors**
• Track record in **achieving targets and closing deals**
• Experience with **Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and CRM systems**
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• UAE driving license (preferred)
