Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and experienced Secondary Market Supervisor to lead and grow our Leasing & Resale division. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building the team, driving revenue, and establishing a strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Secondary Market team (Leasing & Resale)
• Recruit, train, and develop Property Consultants
• Set and monitor sales and leasing targets (KPIs)
• Drive property listing acquisition from landlords and property owners
• Ensure high-quality listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
• Support team in viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
• Handle high-value clients and strategic transactions
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies
• Maintain accurate CRM tracking, reporting, and pipeline management
• Monitor market trends and guide pricing strategies
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Dubai Secondary Market (Leasing & Resale)
• Proven experience in a Team Leader / Supervisor role
• Strong network of property owners and investors
• Track record in achieving targets and closing deals
• Experience with Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and CRM systems
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• UAE driving license (preferred)
