Real Estate Team Leader – Secondary Market (Dubai)
Location:** Dubai
**Salary:** AED 10,000 – AED 15,000 (depending on experience)
**Experience Required:** Minimum 3 years in Dubai Secondary Market
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven **Real Estate Team Leader** to lead and grow our Secondary Market team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, proven sales performance, and deep knowledge of Dubai’s property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance
- Support agents in closing deals and handling negotiations
- Recruit and train new agents to expand the team
- Develop strategies to generate leads and increase listings
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company standards
- Prepare performance reports and track KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum **3 years of Dubai Secondary Market experience** (mandatory)
- Previous team leadership or senior agent experience preferred
- Proven track record in sales and closing property transactions
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Ability to motivate and drive a results-oriented team
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai communities and property regulations
