Seasonal Associate role assisting and advising customers while contributing to store sales.
Works under the supervision of the store management team.
Typical workday
- Welcome customers, understand what they are looking for, explain product features, and suggest suitable products.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and work toward personal sales goals.
- Prepare and place products on the sales floor, maintain store and backstore cleanliness, and share information about new products.
- Accompany customers to the cash register, process transactions, and follow company policies and procedures.
- Support the team with other duties as needed.
Candidate profile
- Listen to customer needs and provide exceptional service.
- Be proactive and conscientious, with an interest in clothing that celebrates femininity.
- Be open to holiday work and longer hours during busy periods, depending on availability.
Pay
- Hourly salary: $17.60–$18.10.
