Sales and customer service

• Support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining standards, and motivating the team.
• Train employees in customer support, sales techniques, and product features.
• Welcome customers, answer questions, explain product quality, materials, and features, and help them find products.
• Coordinate store activities, maintain smooth operations and customer service, achieve personal sales goals, and share information to support team goals.

Team leadership

• Foster a positive work environment and team pride, model leadership, and share the company vision, mission, and brand culture.
• Recruit, prepare, and train employees; help develop a high-performing team and manage absences and lateness.

Store presentation and administration

• Use planograms to create inviting displays, monitor competitors, reflect the brand, and support customer loyalty.
• Help plan incoming orders and maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the store and backstore.
• Analyze sales, traffic, and productivity reports; open and close the store; follow head-office policies and procedures; assist the team as needed.

Workplace and schedule

Compensation

• Permanent, full-time position with an hourly salary of $19.75 to $21.50.
