Assists and advises customers under the supervision of the store management team, with a focus on maximizing sales.
Candidate profile
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Functional bilingualism is an asset.
- Holiday and longer busy-period hours depend on candidate availability.
Typical workday
- Welcome customers, answer questions, explain product features, and recommend items that fit their needs.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and work toward personal sales goals.
- Prepare, identify, and place products on the sales floor; keep the store and backstore tidy.
- Stay informed about new products, accompany customers to checkout, and process transactions.
- Follow head-office policies and procedures and support the team as needed.
