Assist and advise customers while helping maximize store sales.
The role is supervised by the store management team.
Typical workday
- Welcome customers and help them find products, answer questions, explain product qualities and features, and suggest other items.
- Assist customers in the fitting room and meet or exceed personal sales goals.
- Prepare, identify, and place products on the sales floor.
- Keep the store and backstore clean and tidy.
- Learn about new products and share recommendations with customers.
- Accompany customers to the cash register and process transactions.
- Follow head office policies and procedures and support the team as needed.
Candidate profile
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customer needs.
- Be proactive and conscientious.
- Be open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods, depending on availability.
