Typical workday
- Welcome every customer who comes into the store.
- Help customers find products, answer questions, explain quality, materials, and technical features, and suggest other products.
- Make yourself available to customers in the fitting room.
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals; training is provided.
- Prepare, identify, and place products on the sales floor.
- Keep the store and backstore clean and tidy.
- Look out for new products and share recommendations with customers.
- Accompany customers to the cash register and process transactions.
- Follow head-office policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
