Part-time Sales Associate role at La Vie en Rose, working under the supervision of the store management team.
The role assists and advises customers while supporting store sales and the shopping experience.
Typical workday
- Welcome customers and help them find products, answer questions, explain product features, and suggest additional items.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and meet or exceed personal sales goals.
- Prepare and place products on the sales floor; keep the store and backstore clean and tidy.
- Learn about new products and share recommendations with customers.
- Accompany customers to the register and process transactions.
- Follow head-office policies and procedures and support the team as needed.
Candidate qualifications
- Previous sales experience.
- Ability to listen to customer needs and provide exceptional service.
- A proactive and conscientious approach.
- Availability for holidays and longer hours during busy periods, depending on availability.
- Functional bilingualism is an asset.
Employment and schedule
- The position is permanent and part time.
- Flexible hours are listed among the job perks; holiday and longer busy-period hours may be required depending on availability.
