Lead and support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP solutions for mission-critical operations.
Work with client stakeholders, programme managers, and technical teams on SAP solutions in regulated environments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects; translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure, test, and deploy SAP modules in line with standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Provide expertise across relevant SAP modules and manage stakeholder expectations and solution adoption.
- Conduct workshops, training, and user acceptance testing.
- Maintain data integrity, security compliance, and audit readiness across SAP environments.
- Contribute to solution architecture and continuous improvement; manage and mentor consultants and client teams.
SAP module areas
- Finance and public sector: SAP FI, CO, FM, GM, and PSM.
- Logistics and supply chain: SAP MM, WM/EWM, IM, SD, TM, and GTS.
- Plant and assets: SAP PM, EAM, and CS; projects: SAP PS and PPM.
- Workforce and quality: SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, QM, and GRC.
- Analytics and technology: SAP BW/4HANA, Analytics Cloud, S/4HANA, BTP, PI/PO or Integration Suite, and Fiori.
Essential requirements
- At least 5 years delivering SAP solutions in highly regulated environments.
- Deep functional expertise in at least three listed SAP modules.
- Understanding of procurement frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication at senior or executive level.
Desirable qualifications
- SAP certification in a relevant module is desirable.
- ITIL, PRINCE2, or Agile knowledge; SAP RISE or private-cloud experience; and logistics, engineering, or programme-management background are desirable.
