Lead and support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP solutions.

Functional and/or technical expertise may cover operations, logistics, asset management, procurement, finance, and human resources.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications; configure, test, and deploy SAP modules.
- Provide SAP module expertise and help stakeholders adopt solutions.
- Conduct workshops, training, and user acceptance testing.
- Maintain data integrity, security compliance, and audit readiness.
- Contribute to solution architecture and continuous improvement.
- Manage and mentor junior consultants and client-side SAP teams.
SAP modules and platforms
- Finance and public sector: SAP FI, CO, FM, GM, and PSM.
- Logistics and supply chain: SAP MM, WM/EWM, IM, SD, TM, and GTS.
- Plant and assets: SAP PM, EAM, and CS.
- Projects and workforce: SAP PS, PPM, HCM, and SuccessFactors.
- Quality, compliance, and analytics: SAP QM, GRC, BW/4HANA, and Analytics Cloud.
- Technology and integration: SAP S/4HANA, BTP, PI/PO, Integration Suite, and Fiori.
Essential requirements
- At least 5 years delivering SAP solutions in highly regulated environments.
- Deep functional expertise in at least three listed SAP modules.
- Understanding of procurement frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior or executive level.
Desirable qualifications
- SAP certification in one or more relevant modules is desirable.
- Knowledge of ITIL, PRINCE2, or Agile delivery methodologies is desirable.
- Experience with SAP RISE or private cloud deployment is desirable.
- A background in logistics, engineering, or programme management is desirable.
