Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Technical Consultant.
The description states the role is onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Experience and platform skills
- Requires 5–10 years of IT experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and 2–3 years of Salesforce Data Cloud implementation experience.
- Requires hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Content Builder, and Marketing Cloud APIs.
- Requires experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Data Cloud, mobile applications, data warehouses, and third-party systems.
- Requires knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, SQL, JSON, XML, and web services.
- Requires experience with data extensions, query activities, customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation.
- Requires hands-on experience with WhatsApp integrations, push notifications, and Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Requires experience with CI/CD, Git, Agile/Scrum, and release management.
Preferred qualifications and domains
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are preferred.
- Preferred domain experience includes Oil & Gas, retail and loyalty programs, customer rewards platforms, digital customer engagement, enterprise CRM implementations, telecommunications, and banking and financial services.
Responsibilities
- Implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
- Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM, mobile applications, data warehouses, and third-party systems.
- Build and manage customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation.
- Use Marketing Cloud studios, APIs, data extensions, and query activities to support platform implementations.
- Support integrations for WhatsApp and push notifications.
- Work with CI/CD, Git, Agile/Scrum, and release management processes.
