Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client portfolios, sales coverage effectiveness, revenue performance, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Support the design and improvement of sales coverage models, client management processes, and operating frameworks.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and management reports to support business decision-making.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and relationship management.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Corporate Banking teams, Product, IT, Data, and Transformation stakeholders.
• Support implementation of business process enhancements while ensuring compliance with banking policies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, IT, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Banking, Strategy, Transformation, or Operating Model initiatives.
• Experience in business requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and process improvement.
• Exposure to Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Wholesale Banking, or Transaction Banking.
• Understanding of client coverage models, relationship management, revenue analytics, and cross-selling performance.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Visio, Figma, and data visualization tools.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• A banking Business Analyst with experience in business transformation, client coverage, operating model design, and data-driven business improvement initiatives.
