Keep the data warehouse running every day, handle production incidents, and serve as the client contact for service status and issues.
Must-have skills
- Informatica PowerCenter, an ETL tool.
- Teradata database experience.
- Data warehouse and ETL pipeline experience.
- Telecom domain experience.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor workflows, data loads, and file arrivals.
- Fix failures and recover jobs quickly.
- Lead client calls during incidents.
- Share status updates and root-cause analysis reports.
- Support releases and maintenance.
Good to have and other qualifications
- Unix/Linux and shell scripting are good to have.
- MFT, SAP BusinessObjects, and Qlik Sense are good to have.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Strong communication skills; open to shift and on-call support.
