Salesforce Architect role designing and delivering solutions for a banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The engagement is freelance/contract and onsite in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Design Financial Services Cloud or Service Cloud solutions for customer engagement and servicing journeys.
- Define Salesforce integrations with core banking platforms and other enterprise systems.
- Guide development teams on configuration, customization, security, and implementation practices.
- Work with business stakeholders and delivery teams to meet functional, performance, and governance needs.
Candidate requirements
- Proven Salesforce Architect or Technical Lead experience with solution architecture ownership.
- Hands-on Financial Services Cloud or Service Cloud experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, integration patterns, APIs, access controls, and platform capabilities.
- Experience overseeing solutions involving Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow.
- Strong stakeholder management and clear communication of technical designs.
- Banking or financial services experience and relevant Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
- Candidates must be willing to work or relocate to Abu Dhabi; successful candidates cover flights and relocation expenses, including accommodation.
