As a Sales Supervisor you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Present and sell company products/services to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure new business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients and key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
