Overview
We are looking for a field-driven Territory Sales Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales supervisory role and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving field execution.
The candidate should be strong in daily market execution, team follow-up, route discipline, sales systems usage, and turning field observations into clear actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily field sales activities within the assigned territory.
- Lead and follow up with sales representatives to ensure proper execution.
- Monitor route adherence, outlet visits, productivity, and sales performance.
- Track daily execution through sales systems and field reports.
- Identify market gaps, coverage issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Coach the team in the field and ensure discipline in daily operations.
- Coordinate with branch management and RTM team on execution priorities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving field performance.
- Strong field presence and ability to manage daily market execution.
- Good understanding of route management, outlet coverage, and sales KPIs.
- Experience using sales systems such as SFA, DMS, ERP, or handheld applications.
- Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- FMCG or distribution background is preferred.
