Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Supervisor with extensive experience in showroom sales for both Retail and Fleet vehicles.

The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, manage fleet accounts, and ensure exceptional customer experience while achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support showroom sales consultants in achieving sales targets
  • Drive Retail and Fleet vehicle sales through effective sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and fleet clients
  • Monitor showroom performance, customer satisfaction, and sales KPIs
  • Conduct daily sales meetings, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure proper lead management and follow-up through CRM systems
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotional activities
  • Handle negotiations, quotations, and fleet agreements professionally
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the automotive industry
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5–8 years of automotive sales experience in UAE or GCC
  • Strong background in showroom Retail sales and Fleet sales operations
  • Previous experience in supervisory or team leadership role
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and automotive sales processes
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience with multi-brand automotive dealerships
  • Strong network of corporate and fleet clients in UAE
  • Ability to lead high-performing sales teams
  • Arabic speakers are an advantage
  • Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per hour
  • Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
