Support KONE's New Equipment Business in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with lead handling, sales planning, and sales funnel activities, especially during pre-sales.
What you'll do
- Contact customer-initiated leads through online channels within 24 hours and qualify them before assignment to a salesperson.
- Prepare presentations and support materials for value discovery meetings.
- Maintain current sales funnel, customer, and opportunity data in the CRM.
- Support salespeople with back-office tasks, tenders, orders, equipment matters, and customer inquiries.
- Help organize customer visits, tasks, and events; provide requested reports and sales summaries to Sales Managers.
- Prepare compliance documents, submittals, letters, and other sales paperwork.
- Maintain prequalification documents and KONE Profile registrations for strategic customers.
- Follow up on sales process progress, including order conversion from HS/IP to OC.
- Contact and follow up with customers about dormant and long-aging opportunities.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Two to four years of administrative experience, preferably in a sales organization; fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- CRM system experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
