Manage assigned projects’ scope, schedule, and budget, coordinating internal and external stakeholders with ongoing customer collaboration.
Plan and coordinate project activities to meet objectives, timelines, and budgets using approved KONE methodologies and tools.
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects within contractual requirements and KONE objectives while supporting business success and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer communications, stakeholder relationships, integrated planning, project deliverables, monitoring, and control.
- Lead project start-up, reviews, reporting, and governance; communicate progress to KONE management and customers.
- Manage operational and financial risks, mitigation, contingencies, and recovery actions.
- Oversee financial planning, forecasting, cash flow, revenue, and change-order opportunities.
- Drive Sales-to-Operations handovers, customer and Maintenance handovers, and project closeout.
- Maintain action and lessons-learned logs; plan resources and competencies and lead the full-chain project team.
- Promote safety and security awareness and ensure employees and subcontractors follow KONE and customer policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in a project management role.
- Proven experience in the elevator and escalator industry.
- Fluency in Arabic and excellent command of English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated negotiation skills and a proactive, results-driven approach.
