Manages assigned projects’ scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
Plans and directs project activities to achieve objectives within agreed timelines and budgets using approved KONE methods and tools.
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects within contractual requirements and KONE objectives; support business success and customer satisfaction.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and proactively communicate with customers throughout each project.
- Coordinate integrated project planning with customers and KONE teams; manage deliverables against the project plan.
- Monitor and control project progress; lead project startup, reviews, reporting, and governance.
- Communicate project status and progress to KONE management and customers.
- Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks; prepare contingencies and recovery actions.
- Manage financial planning, forecasting, cash flow, revenue, and change-order opportunities.
- Drive sales-to-operations handover quality; manage customer and maintenance handovers and project closeout.
- Maintain the master action log and lessons-learned document.
- Plan project resources and competencies, and lead the full-chain project team.
- Promote safety and security awareness among employees and subcontractors and ensure compliance with KONE and customer policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in a project management role.
- Proven experience in the elevator and escalator industry.
- Fluency in Arabic is essential; excellent command of English is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and a proactive, results-driven approach.
