- Are you a corporate health insurance seller in the UAE who's ready to swap renewal management and single-carrier pitching for pure new-business hunting at an established independent broker?
- This role is with one of the longest-established independent insurance brokers in the UAE, and they place across the full IPMI carrier panel.
- The business has historically grown through retention and referral.
- They’re now building a dedicated new-business engine.
- Reporting directly to the Senior Director Sales, you’ll own the front end of the IPMI sales motion across UAE SME and corporate accounts.
- What’s in it for you?
- Base salary up to AED 25,000 per month + 15% commission on generated revenue, uncapped
- Hybrid, field-based
- 30 years of independent-broker credibility behind your name on the first call
- Full IPMI carrier panel
- A clear new-business mandate
- Reporting directly to the Senior Director Sales — visible to leadership from day one
- What will you be doing?
- Hunting and closing new IPMI / group medical business across UAE SME and corporate accounts
- Building your own outbound pipeline
- Owning the consultative sale end-to-end
- Partnering with account management, claims, and the in-house wellbeing platform team to design solutions that retain and expand
- What do you need?
- 2 to 5 years selling group medical, IPMI or employee benefits in the UAE
- Background from an insurance brokerage or direct (carrier-side) insurance sales
- A demonstrable new-business track record
- A disciplined operator
- Comfortable selling into HR Directors, Reward leads, CFOs, and SME founder-buyers
- Working knowledge of at least two major IPMI carriers
