The Corporate Sales Manager proactively solicits and handles sales opportunities, supports day-to-day sales activities, and achieves personal sales goals.
The position focuses on long-term customer relationships, coordinated service delivery, and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales efforts with off-property channels and build customer and community relationships to generate future bookings.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and hand over booked business to Event Management.
- Participate in sales calls to win new business and close sales; prepare proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence.
- Identify revenue opportunities and assess market conditions, competitors, economic trends, supply and demand, and target customer needs.
- Deliver service excellence, support customer loyalty and account growth, uphold customer service standards, and gather guest feedback.
Education and experience
- Either a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major, plus 3 years of sales and marketing or related professional experience; or a 4-year bachelor’s degree in one of those fields, plus 1 year of related experience.
