A

leading technology solutions provider

in the Middle East is looking to hire an experienced

Sales Manager focused on the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector

.

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by building strategic relationships with financial institutions and positioning enterprise technology solutions across infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and managed services.

The successful candidate will manage the

full sales lifecycle

, from opportunity creation through to deal closure, while developing long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets within the BFSI sector
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned accounts
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from qualification through to deal closure
  • Build strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and other senior technology decision makers
  • Understand customer organisations including decision processes, procurement cycles and evaluation criteria
  • Develop strategic account plans and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to design solutions aligned to customer requirements
  • Collaborate with vendor partners to develop joint opportunities and strategic initiatives
  • Position the organisation as a trusted technology partner within key accounts
  • Deliver client briefings, workshops and presentations on new technology offerings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
  • Proven track record of consistent revenue generation in enterprise technology sales
  • Strong relationships within the
  • UAE banking and financial services sector
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic accounts
  • Ideally working or have worked for a bank in Dubai

Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions including infrastructure, cloud, networking and cybersecurity
  • Experience selling enterprise technology solutions or services
  • Ability to engage and influence
  • C-level stakeholders
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
