• Define and execute the company's technology vision and long-term architecture
• Lead the development of advanced AI-driven products and platforms
• Build and scale engineering, AI, and data teams
• Drive innovation across agentic AI, reasoning systems, LLMs, knowledge architectures, and intelligent decision-support systems
• Partner closely with founders, investors, and strategic stakeholders
• Establish engineering culture, technical standards, and delivery excellence
• Translate cutting-edge research into commercially valuable products
• Serve as a key voice in shaping company strategy, growth, and market positioning.

• Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Quantitative Research, or a related discipline.
• Advanced academic credentials (PhD or Master's preferred).
• Experience architecting complex technology platforms from the ground up.
• Strong background in financial services, capital markets, investment platforms, banking, or quantitative environments.
• Proven track record of scaling products, platforms, and engineering organisations.
• Ability to move seamlessly between strategy, architecture, product, and execution.
