Network SME (Presales & Solutions Architecture) - Dubai - Up to 30,000 AED

Overview

Responsibilities

• Act as the networking technical authority across customer engagements
• Design enterprise network architectures covering LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN and Data Centre environments
• Architect hybrid and multi-cloud networking solutions across AWS, Azure and GCP
• Design virtual networking architectures within VMware, Hyper-V and KVM environments
• Gather business and technical requirements from enterprise customers
• Produce High Level Designs (HLDs), Low Level Designs (LLDs), BOQs and technical proposals
• Deliver technical workshops, presentations and solution demonstrations
• Support RFP and RFI responses
• Work with leading technology vendors and cloud providers to validate and position solutions
• Integrate networking solutions with modern security architectures including SASE, Zero Trust and micro-segmentation
• Support delivery teams to ensure successful project handover and execution

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise networking experience
• Strong presales, consulting or solution architecture background
• Expert knowledge of routing and switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN and EVPN
• Strong experience designing SD-WAN solutions
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS, Azure and GCP networking services
• Experience designing hybrid cloud and multi-cloud connectivity architectures
• Strong VMware NSX-T expertise including overlay networking and micro-segmentation
• Knowledge of virtual networking within Hyper-V environments
• Understanding of network security technologies including NAC, NGFW, SASE and Zero Trust
• Exposure to automation technologies such as Python, Terraform or Ansible is advantageous
• Excellent customer-facing and presentation skills

• CCNP Enterprise / CCIE Enterprise

• CCNP Data Centre / CCIE Data Centre

• Azure Networking Certifications

• Juniper, Aruba or equivalent vendor certifications
