As part of this growth, we have been exclusively retained to appoint an experienced HR Director to lead and evolve the people function across the organisati
on.
This role will work closely with the executive leadership team and play a critical part in shaping organisational strategy, culture, talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee experie
nce.
The Opport
unityThe HR Director will be responsible for building a scalable people strategy that supports rapid growth while maintaining a high-performance, innovative, and collaborative cul
ture.This individual will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring the organisation attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent across multiple business functions and geographic locat
ions.

- tions.Build and enhance performance management frameworks that drive accountability and employee develo
- pment.Develop leadership and management capability across the organis
- ation.Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and retention strat
- egies.Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward frameworks to ensure market competitiv
- eness.Ensure HR policies, processes, and governance frameworks are scalable and comp
- liant.Lead employee relations matters and provide strategic HR guidance across the bus
- iness.Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing initia
- tives.Utilise technology and data to improve HR effectiveness and decision-m
- aking.Build and mentor a high-performing HR team capable of supporting future g
- rowth.
Requi
- rementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related
- field.10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including experience operating at HR Director, Head of People, VP People, or equivalent
- level.Proven experience within high-growth FinTech, Payments, Financial Services, AI, Technology, SaaS, or Digital busi
- nesses.Strong understanding of organisational scaling, change management, and talent st
- rategy.
Experience
- partnering directly with C-suite and executive leadership
- teams.Demonstrated success building and implementing people strategies in fast-paced enviro
- nments.Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employment legis
- lation.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership
- skills.Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate people insights into business ou
- tcomes.
