Requi

• rementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related
• field.10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including experience operating at HR Director, Head of People, VP People, or equivalent
• level.Proven experience within high-growth FinTech, Payments, Financial Services, AI, Technology, SaaS, or Digital busi
• nesses.Strong understanding of organisational scaling, change management, and talent st
• rategy.

• nments.Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employment legis
