SOL Properties is seeking an experienced Property Sales Manager to introduce high-value clients to premium residential offerings in Dubai.
The role focuses on understanding client needs, building trust, and providing a smooth property-buying experience from first conversation through deal closing.
What you’ll do
- Identify and engage new clients through referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
- Present properties, highlighting lifestyle, investment value, and design features, and guide clients through the sales process.
- Stay informed about current inventory, pricing, and upcoming launches.
- Prepare offers and contracts; coordinate documentation and payment plans with internal teams.
- Ensure transactions meet internal policies and legal requirements, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent SOL at roadshows, exhibitions, and private tours; support clients after the sale.
What the employer is looking for
- 4–6+ years of residential real estate sales experience and a strong track record in high-ticket property transactions.
- Familiarity with the UAE/GCC market; international exposure is a plus.
- Ability to work with diverse, high-net-worth clientele in a fast-paced, premium sales environment.
- Fluent, polished spoken and written English, with strong presentation and client-handling skills.
- Confident negotiation and a consultative approach; organised and proficient with CRM and digital tools.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented; additional languages are a plus.
