Position: Sales Executive – Real Estate

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with real estate experience to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, conducting property viewings, and closing sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords.
  • Understand clients' property requirements and provide suitable property options.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Advise clients on market trends, pricing, investment opportunities, and property values.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate successful property transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Stay updated on market developments, project launches, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE or a similar market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate markets is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
