PSI Assets is looking for a **Portals Marketing Coordinator** to join our growing team in the real estate sector.
Job Purpose
The Portals Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing property listings across online real estate portals, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and lead generation performance across all marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload, update, and manage property listings on portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and others.
- Ensure all listings are accurate, high-quality, and optimized for maximum visibility.
- Coordinate with sales and leasing teams to obtain updated property information and media.
- Monitor listing performance and generate reports on leads and engagement.
- Manage portal accounts, renewals, and advertising packages.
- Ensure branding consistency across all online listings.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate portal management or digital marketing (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good understanding of UAE real estate market and online listing platforms.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
