With a strong presence across the UAE and international offices worldwide, PSI specializes in property brokerage, investment advisory, property management, and real estate marketing.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for energetic, customer-focused professionals to join our **Secondary Market (Resale)** team.
This opportunity is ideal for all candidates with experience in **Customer Service, Banking, Hospitality, Guest Relations, Automotive Sales, Retail, Business Development, or Real Estate** who are looking to build a successful career in real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners and buyers
- Source and manage resale property listings
- Promote properties through company marketing channels and property portals
- Conduct property viewings and assist clients throughout the sales journey
- Negotiate offers and support transactions until completion
- Generate business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities using CRM systems
- Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve individual sales targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Guest Relations, Banking, Real Estate, Hospitality, Automotive Sales, Retail, Business Development, or a similar client-facing role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Confident, customer-oriented, and target-driven personality
- Experience using CRM platforms such as **Odoo, Bitrix24, Salesforce, SAP**, or similar business software.
- Experience using online marketplaces or portals such as **Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle**, or similar digital platforms is highly desirable
- Fluent in **English** (spoken and written)
- **Arabic speakers are highly preferred**
- Additional European languages such as **French, German, Spanish, Romanian, Italian, or Russian** are a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE real estate experience is an advantage but **not mandatory**
- Experience handling premium customers, sales inquiries, or client accounts
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital tools, and customer relationship management
- UAE Driving License is an advantage
