PSI Assets is looking for a **Telesales Executive** to join our growing real estate team in **Abu Dhabi**.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate qualified leads
- Present and promote company real estate listings and services
- Follow up on inquiries from property portals and marketing campaigns
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team for property viewings
- Maintain and update client information in CRM systems
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Handle client queries professionally and efficiently
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service (real estate experience preferred)
- **English is a must (spoken and written)**
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confident telephone etiquette and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of UAE real estate market is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn
