Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with property owners and buyers
• Source and manage resale property listings
• Promote properties through company marketing channels and property portals
• Conduct property viewings and assist clients throughout the sales journey
• Negotiate offers and support transactions until completion
• Generate business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities using CRM systems
• Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve individual sales targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Guest Relations, Banking, Real Estate, Hospitality, Automotive Sales, Retail, Business Development, or a similar client-facing role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Confident, customer-oriented, and target-driven personality
• Experience using CRM platforms such as **Odoo, Bitrix24, Salesforce, SAP**, or similar business software.
• Experience using online marketplaces or portals such as **Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle**, or similar digital platforms is highly desirable
• Fluent in **English** (spoken and written)
• **Arabic speakers are highly preferred**
• Additional European languages such as **French, German, Spanish, Romanian, Italian, or Russian** are a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• UAE real estate experience is an advantage but **not mandatory**
• Experience handling premium customers, sales inquiries, or client accounts
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital tools, and customer relationship management
• UAE Driving License is an advantage
