Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Luxury Property Executive role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.

The Luxury Property Executive will manage a diverse portfolio of high-end properties, providing tailored guidance to clients in English and at least one of the following languages: Russian, Spanish, French, or Chinese.

Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, advising clients on buying, selling, and leasing options, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and wider UAE real estate markets.

The role involves generating and qualifying leads, negotiating offers, preparing documentation in coordination with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.

The Luxury Property Executive will also maintain strong relationships with clients and developers, uphold PSI Real Estate’s service standards, and contribute to sales targets and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in at least one of: Russian, Spanish, French, or Chinese.
  • Proven customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high-quality, client-focused experience in a luxury real estate environment.
  • Knowledge or experience in residential real estate, with exposure to luxury properties; commercial real estate experience is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated sales skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
  • Comfort with using CRM systems, digital listing platforms, and standard office software to manage leads and documentation.
  • Ability to work on-site, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with colleagues across sales and operations teams
