is looking for a confident and result-driven

Sales Executive

for our Dubai office.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, approaching potential clients, presenting our products and services, and closing business opportunities in the UAE market.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional sales approach, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Generate**
  • new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and market research.
  • **Identify**
  • and approach decision-makers such as CEOs, Directors, IT Managers, Operations Managers, and Business Owners.
  • **Present**
  • Prime Alley’s cloud-based calling, contact center, business workspace, CRM, and AI-powered communication solutions.
  • **Schedule and conduct**
  • client meetings, product presentations, and demos.
  • **Understand**
  • client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • **Maintain**
  • regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
  • **Build and maintain**
  • strong client relationships.
  • **Update**
  • CRM with leads, opportunities, meeting notes, and customer interactions.
  • **Achieve**
  • assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • **Conduct**
  • market research and monitor competitor activities.
  • **Coordinate**
  • with internal technical and product teams for client requirements and solution support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Telecom, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telemarketing, or Lead Generation.
  • UAE sales experience will be preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Fluency in Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
  • Good presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to conduct professional cold calls and face-to-face client meetings.
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Experience in Telecom, SaaS, Cloud Solutions, IT Services, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
