Business Development Executive

to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new client leads through proactive outbound sales activities, strategic networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels.
  • Effectively promote and sell the company's comprehensive range of trading products including Forex, CFDs, Commodities, Indices, Stocks, and Cryptocurrencies.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations and compelling presentations to prospective clients, detailing trading platforms, account types, and investment opportunities tailored to their needs.
  • Nurture and maintain consistent communication with existing clients to foster engagement, ensure satisfaction, and enhance long-term retention.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly targets for funded accounts, trading volume, and overall revenue generation.
  • Manage the sales pipeline efficiently by promptly following up on leads and utilizing CRM systems for detailed tracking and management.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the dealing, marketing, and customer support teams to optimize the client experience and drive synergistic growth.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports, provide valuable market feedback, and deliver regular business development updates to senior management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of direct sales experience within the Forex, CFDs, Financial Services, Banking, or Investment sectors.
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial markets and online trading products.
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving sales and revenue targets in a competitive environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Marketer or Certified Business Development Professional.
  • Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
