Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven
Sales Director
- to lead our real estate sales team, with a focus on luxury properties and off-plan projects.
- This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of some of the UAE’s most prestigious branded residences.
- We work with Branded Residences such as:
- **JW Marriott Residences**
- **Wyndham Residences**
- **Jacob & Co**
- **Ramada**
- **Vienna House**
- In addition, we are expanding across key communities, including Dubai Islands, Marjan Island, Dubai South, JVC, Arjan, and More.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team, setting clear targets and ensuring goals are achieved.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and growth across luxury and off-plan projects.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle, ensuring strong pipeline management and consistent deal flow.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and investors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine strategies.
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline.
- Mentor, coach, and motivate team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations to align sales execution with business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of real estate sales experience,
- including leadership or team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market—particularly off-plan and luxury segments.
- Proven ability to lead teams, implement strategy, and exceed revenue targets.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Highly organised, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Language requirements: Arabic, French, Russian, or native English speakers (preferred).
