About This Role

Overview

To meet and exceed the annual revenue and contribution targets for Technical Modular Buildings through the development, bidding, negotiation and closing of profitable projects within the Oil and Gas industry.

Responsibilities

;

· Raise awareness of company capabilities and resources within identified customer and geographical regions.

· Create new enquires and maintain an effective enquiry database with robust enquiry and order pipeline.

· Partner with the commercial team to ensure competitive and profitable bid submission.

· In conjunction with the VP Sales / Sales Director develop and implement an ambitious business plan that enables the division to maximise realisation of the market potential for its product range of

Technical Modular Buildings.

· Play a prime role in enquiry generation, specification finalisation, proposal submission and order finalisation

in relation to the aforementioned businesses to grow the revenue.

· Analyse the market dynamics, competitive threats, and value chain proposition to specify pricing and benefits of the product offering to meet customer expectations.

Evaluate offering against competition and implement competitive differentiation.

· Work in close collaboration with estimation department to build a winning value proposition and offer strategy and configuration requirements of Company's products for Technical Modular Buildings.

· Represent the company at senior level meetings with domestic and overseas customers; attend trade fairs, exhibitions and seminars (ADIPEC, OSEA) to maximise visibility of Company's range of products.

1.  Qualification, Knowledge, Experience

a) Academic Qualification and Professional Qualification

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.

b)

Experience

(minimum preferred)

·

8 + years of technical sales experience in the Oil and Gas industry particularly in

Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC).

Technical requirements

· Strong service-oriented business acumen, excellent business planning and direct sales and marketing skills

· Ideal candidate will be conversant with engineering drawing, estimation, quotation, pricing, contract terms and contract negotiations.

· Expertise in the area of commercial sales, business development & marketing with proven client contract and relationship management abilities.

· Knowledge of the global market dynamics of the Oil & Gas industry.

· Computer literate and a good command of the English language.

· Holds valid UAE driving licence
