Role Description

- The EMEA practice for Hackett is well established across Transformation, Benchmarking and Advisory. (Advisory is a multi-year membership subscription programme-based model providing intellectual property and coaching to a wide client base.).
- Working with C-suite executives, we assess, design and implement change/transformation programmes to deliver World-Class performance across G&A functions, (including Finance, Procurement, HR, IT).
- We are continuing to build capability, and after several successful projects in the region, we are now looking to expand into the GCC region with an in-region Account Executive to increase brand awareness and sales volume, with a focus on a) Benchmarking and b) Advisory.
- Hackett’s unrivalled data and intellectual property allows us to engage clients more objectively than any of our competitors.
- However, we know that our most valuable assets primarily need to have the skills and gravitas to support our clients to deploy such solutions on a business led basis.
- Reporting to UK Head of Sales, we seek an Account Executive to position and sell all our services across an allocated territory in the GCC Region, including United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia (required), Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman (optional)
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders (CFO, CIO, CHRO, CPO) – including leveraging your existing network – in multi-billion dollar regionally-headquartered companies – to include all sectors but not Public Sector and not Financial Services.
- Increase Hackett’s brand awareness amongst these stakeholders in the region as the partner-of-choice for G&A Advisory Programmes and SG&A Benchmarking.
Sales Experience
- Proven capability in successfully executing end-to-end sales pursuits
- – Skilled in sales strategy, lead generation, RFP processes, effective negotiation and closing deals
- Adept at engaging executive level clients (C-suite)
- Successful track record of identifying and selling professional services projects
- Deep understanding of the company’s business and the GCC region (ideally you have worked and/or lived in the GCC region for 5+ years)
Technical Experience
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Relevant advanced degree is preferred
Other Requirements
- Ability to leverage an existing network of executives in the GCC region is required
- Strong communicator – Outstanding verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and time management
- Organised – multiple client interactions across the portfolio of services at any one time. Ability to prioritise and focus.
- Ability to effectively operate independently, and in a team environment
- Motivated and driven – hunger and desire to close deals and grow the business
- Collaborative – partnering-mindset and collaborating with colleagues to work together to win is critical.
