CMETS Energy Solutions is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, customer relations, and business development for the Flow Control Division.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain the RFQ tracker daily.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for assigned products.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, sales teams, and internal departments.
- Follow up on tenders, projects, quotations, orders, shipments, and deliveries.
- Generate business opportunities and promote assigned products.
- Handle enquiries about product selection, specifications, and applications.
- Coordinate order processing, logistics, goods inspection, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain product knowledge and support sales and marketing activities.
- Report regularly on RFQs, quotations, projects, and sales activities.
- Travel to customer sites and support presentations, product launches, and training when required.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in sales coordination; experience in Flow Control, Valves, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Products is preferred.
- Good knowledge of RFQs, quotations, tenders, and order processing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
Workplace and schedule
- Full-time role based in Abu Dhabi; work is in person.
- Pay is up to AED 5,000 per month.
