Role Overview
CMETS Engineering Solutions is hiring a Civil Engineer for infrastructure and road construction projects in Abu Dhabi.
The role covers site supervision, project coordination, quality and HSE compliance, planning, and contractor coordination.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 5,000–6,500 per month.
- Pay is listed as up to AED 6,500 per month.
Joining
- Immediate or early joining is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities for infrastructure and road projects.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timely completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Review drawings, BOQs, quantities, and material requirements.
- Support estimation, costing, measurements, variations, and quantity surveying activities.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Prepare site reports and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi authority requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- Relevant UAE or GCC experience in infrastructure, roads, or civil construction is required.
- Strong knowledge of site execution and project coordination is required.
- Applicants must be able to read drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Estimation or quantity surveying experience is an advantage.
- Good MS Office and relevant engineering software skills are required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
- Valid DMT Registration is preferred.
