Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant UAE experience in pre-qualification, vendor registration, tendering, or business support.
- An engineering degree, technical diploma, or relevant graduate qualification.
- Experience with UAE vendor registration and pre-qualification processes.
- Experience dealing with government, semi-government, EPC, or major corporate clients.
- Experience with ADNOC, ADWEA, Tabreed, NMDC, or similar organizations is an advantage.
- Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, communication, follow-up, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor registrations, pre-qualification submissions, renewals, approvals, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, HR, clients, and authorities.
- Maintain pre-qualification databases, trackers, and approval records.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace and joining
- Work location is in person.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
