The Logistics & Fleet Coordinator manages daily logistics activities, transportation, vehicle allocation, driver coordination, deliveries, and fleet maintenance.
The stated work location is Abu Dhabi, UAE; the role is in person.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics, transportation, pickups, and deliveries.
- Manage company vehicles, drivers, and daily schedules.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel expenses, insurance, and registration renewals.
- Maintain logistics, fleet, and delivery records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Prepare reports and support smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in logistics and fleet management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- UAE experience and immediate availability are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 6,000 per month.
