Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Service Specialist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role involves providing excellent customer service, building and maintaining customer relationships, and overseeing the complete sales process.
The specialist will engage with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and deliver training as necessary.
Additionally, the role requires sales management to monitor performance, set goals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with diverse clients
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including implementing effective sales strategies and meeting targets
- Experience in Training clients or team members to ensure product understanding
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a customer-first attitude
- Sales experience within industries like Jewellery or Pharmaceutical sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Diploma, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
