Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator located in Dubai.
The coordinator will be responsible for managing complete sales activities (from registering enquiries, quotations, to delivery and customer satisfaction survey), supporting marketing campaigns, arranging client meetings, explore potential opportunities.
Key responsibilities
include prospecting and engaging with clients, drafting content for marketing materials, organizing promotional events, and ensuring the successful delivery of sales and marketing initiatives.
Have an active client database in the marine, oil and gas or power sectors.
Qualifications
- Have an active client database in the
- Marine, Oil & Gas, or Power & Energy sector (Mandatory)
- Experience in the Marine, Oil & Gas, or Power & Energy sectors (Mandatory)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills for client interactions, drafting and issuing quotations, follow-ups and order conversion skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
