**Job Title:** Sales & Customer Service Executive – Business Center
**Type:** Full-Time \| Permanent
**Salary:** AED 2,500/month (+ incentives, if applicable)
Job Description
We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our Business Center leasing team.
The role involves handling office leasing inquiries, client follow-ups, tenant support, and basic leasing administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in, call, email, and online leasing inquiries
- Conduct office viewings and follow up on leads
- Assist with lease documentation, renewals, and Ejari
- Manage client and tenant records in CRM
- Coordinate tenant requests and customer support
- Upload and manage office listings on portals
Requirements
- 3–4 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or admin (real estate/business center preferred)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of Dubai leasing procedures is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
