Qualifications
The Perfect Match: What you bring
Minimum 6 months of experience in the UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi) Real Estate industry, with a strong knowledge of the market.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, customer service, and presentation skills.
Motivated individual with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Stay updated with the latest market trends, new developments, and property offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Actively seek referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base.
Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets, leveraging collective expertise and resources.

Establish and develop business relationships with high-value customers and real estate developers to generate sales;
Guide customers through the home buying process, offering assistance and advice to help them find the right property in the luxury segment;
Stay updated with the latest market trends, new developments, and property offerings;
Utilize market intelligence to provide customers with accurate and relevant information;
Actively seek referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base;
